Brief Introduction
The garbage incinerator is a device for incinerating and processing garbage. The garbage is burned in the furnace and becomes waste gas and enters the secondary combustion chamber. It is completely burned under the forced combustion of the burner, and then enters the spray dust collector. After dust removal, it is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. The waste incinerator is composed of four systems: waste pretreatment system, incineration system, smoke biochemical dust removal system and gas generator (assisted ignition incineration). It integrates automatic feeding, screening, drying, incineration, ash cleaning, dust removal, and automatic control one.

Our AdvantagesThe incinerator body is a cavity built on the upper part of the grate by refractory materials,thermal insulation materials and thermal insulation materials. The furnace body is provided with an operating table.In the incinerator, the flue gas flushes the material from bottom to top, and the moisture in the material is dried, so that the material can catch fire in time. In addition, the front and rear arch refractory materials store heat and radiate materials, thereby ensuring the combustion temperature of materials. The incinerator body is lined with high temperature refractory material, the middle is thermal insulation material, and the outer layer is thermal insulation material, which can reduce the heat loss of the furnace body and improve the incineration efficiency; the outer surface is made of steel plate as a protective layer to prevent air leakage.
