1.Gold Washing Plant Introduction:
Gravity gold processing is the most traditional method of extracting gold in alluvial and rock gold mine used widely. It is more as a secondary process to recover coarse gold in the gold sluice box and the fine gold go the gold centrifugal concentrator and shaking table for concentrating.

1. Washing and Screening: Use gold trommel to wash and screen the raw material into 0-2mm, 2mm+ particles.
2. Gold carpet sluice box: Use gold carpet to separate the 2mm+ gold.
3. Gravity concentration: Use gold centrifugal concentrator and shaking table to separate the gold concentrate from the powder(0-2mm).

2.Working Principle:
Gold Trommel Scrubber
Gold trommel is one of the most commonly used mining machines, and it is very popular among the miners all over the world. The gold trommel is used for mining operations of all sizes, but the main purpose is to separate gold by removing large pebbles, boulders and rocks. Explained in another way, a gold trommel is a rotating cylinder with holes that acts like a classifier, allowing only gold materials to pass through the holes, while the large materials go out of the machine.

Gold Centrifugal Concentrator
Gold centrifugal concentrator also called knelson concentrator is a new type of gravity concentration equipment, used in the gold mining industry. It is used for the recovery of fine particles of free gold, meaning gold that does not require gold cyanidation for recovery.

Gold Shaking Table
Gold haking table is one of the main equipment of gravity concentration, which is suitable for rough separation and concentration.
